  1. After hearing the offer of rent Guest makes a reservation by phone or electronically (recommended), stating the following: the planned period of stay, number of adults / children, his name and phone number.
  2. The confirmation of reservation will be sent to the Guest. It will contain information about the conditions, costs of stay and the amount of the deposit required (the equivalent of 1 night or approx. 30% of the total sum for a longer stay).
  3. Within three working days (unless otherwise agreed) Guest is obligated to pay the deposit on account of the reservation. Guests pay a payment to the bank account specified by us in the mail with preliminary reservation.
  4. The guest will receive a confirmation (by email) of the deposit he paid.
  5. Paying a deposit within the prescribed period is tantamount to concluding booking agreement and to accept the Regulations.
  6. Failure to pay within the prescribed period may result in cancellation of the booking.
  7. The remaining amount for the stay Guest pays in cash on the arrival day or via bank transfer before arrival.
  8. Day residence begin at 2.30PM on the day of arrival and end at 11AM the day of departure. In some situations in the season, it is possible to leave the room later or arrive earlier – but please contact us in advance in this case.
  9. Please inform us about your estimated time of arrival. Arrival of guests is possible until 11PM (unless otherwise agreed).
  10. The absence of Guest in the arrival day will be treated as breach of contract and cancellation of the booking.
  11. Guest is obliged to pay the full amount of payment for the stay, even if for other unexpected reasons the arrival or stay is delayed or shortened (transportation difficulties, strikes, personal reasons).


  1. Guests are required to respect the rules of good neighborhood and maintain the apartment in the same condition.
  2. The apartments are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted only on balconies and outside the building.
  3. Please respect the quiet hours from 22PM to 8AM.


  1. We please Guests to report all inconveniences arising from a stay in the rooms / apartments, as well as possible breakdowns and damages.
  2. We are not responsible for the precious things, money and documents left in the room / apartment.
  3. We reserve the right to not give the keys to teenagers (under 18 years old), people under the influence of alcohol, drugs, behaving aggressively thereby posing a direct threat to other persons and property.
  4. Personal data of our guests are duly protected and will be used solely for the purpose of providing the service.
